Comparison between McClelland theory and at least 25 Needs & Motivation theories. There is a need to justify why I have chosen McClelland theory. The reason for choosing McClelland theory among the other needs and motivation theories in the literature is that:
the theory has been built in organisational context for employees un-similar to other Needs and Motivation theories which explain the human needs in general. However, other reasons are required.
