To be selective And decide on an angle or focus, drawing on or connecting two or three interesting aspects of their life. The piece needs a narrative shape, its non-fiction but we are still telling a “story” to the reader. Be objective but try to incorporate a degree of subjectivity e.g your personal impression ls of the person you’re writing about. Note: this could be something that is made up about a friend of mine. can just pretend it is someone real so long as its a biographical narrative that seems real
