 Two pages per one document/competency. Three documents are required. Your Portfolio of Unit Assessment System Submission will be uploaded addresses three competencies: 1. Client Interview 2. Client Report/Design Document 3. Training Solution Two sources are only must be these: 1. Noe, R. A. (2017). Employee Training and Development (7th ed.). New York, NY: McGraw-Hill Education, 2. Dick, Carey & Carey, Systematic Design of Instruction (8th ed.). Pearson. During this semester each student within this course has had an opportunity to support the development efforts of a Call Center Director in Barcelona. At the end of this semester, you will not only have identified the needs of an HPE Call Center Director, but also created a client report/design document to support your team’s approach, and provided a training solution that will be delivered at the end of the semester. Your Portfolio of Unit Assessment System Submission will be uploaded addresses three competencies: 1. Client Interview 2. Client Report/Design Document 3. Training Solution This submission is not intended to be a completely new creation on your, but rather a compilation of the work that you have been involved with this semester. You will leverage assignments that you have already created along with materials that have supported these learnings this semester. What does this look like each of the three required parts? Each submission segment should include the following: 1. One Page Summary of your learnings within a competency (think of this as a summary prior to your extractions within each competency) 2. Extractions from your team submissions that support your learnings for each competency with any required narration 3. Exactions from discussions, presentations, and readings you had from this semester that support each competency with any required narration 4. Adherence to APA Standards that would include the title page, references page, and any associated or required quotations. Note: The required narration mentioned above really is an explanation of why you are including something. This would be a sentence here or there to tie things together.
