Description Utilising the learning and models from management and leadership theories, conduct a behavioural self – analysis in terms of what you learnt about your behaviours and the impact these have on yourself and others, including potential/existing staff. Your analysis should include specific reference to the following: • Transactional analysis, including how your current ego state profile affects your relationships with others, in both positive and negative ways • The specific methods you use to influence others and their effectiveness in their ability to influence management, colleagues and staff. For each of the above, you should include specific real-lifeexamples of situations which demonstrate your own behaviours as well as the reactions of others. These should be analysed to show your understanding of the impact of your behaviours and how these could be improved/have contributed towards a specific outcome (positive or negative).
